The fine arts provide a central point of origin for all my creative journeys. Since the age of six, I've entertained an impulse to sketch everything in sight, so these days -- whether I'm working on a canvas or exploring new mediums -- I feel a constant connection to my artistic roots. I truly enjoy sharing this passion for the arts with children and adults alike. My volunteer teaching work with schools and community groups reminds me that shape, color and imagination each play an invigorating role in our everyday travels.
